El edificio Brutalist de 1974, ubicado en el antiguo anexo del ayuntamiento de Camden, en el próspero barrio londinense de King's Cross, ha sido cuidadosamente restaurado y es el primer hotel de The Standard fuera de América. El establecimiento está justo enfrente de las estaciones de metro y de metro de St Pancras International.

Las 266 habitaciones presentan una decoración exclusiva y cuentan con baño privado, TV de pantalla plana, altavoces Bang & Olufsen, ropa de cama italiana y artículos de aseo gratuitos.
El The Standard, London también cuenta con un bar salón biblioteca ecléctico, así como su centro cultural, el Sound Studio, que acoge DJs habituales, eventos de música en directo y charlas.
